In Minnesota and this was happening outside of the restaurant we ate dinner at. There were many more people dressed like this and really this needs to be a video to fully appreciate the joy being exhibited to the blaring of an accordion. We asked someone joining the group whether there was a competition in town. He said no that they just DANCE for fun. Because I was tired (3am rising for looong plane ride) I suggested that maybe it was just a group for lonely people who wanted to throw handkerchiefs in the air. I feel bad about laughing at them. But it was funny at the time........still is. [giggle]
