Happy Memorial Day

I haven't had the best month.  We lost our Uncle last Sunday, and it was really, really hard to say good-bye.  Memories washed over us in waves as we huddled around him, wanting his passage to go softly, smoothly...  He was such a good person, so positive.  It was too early for him to go.


So, on this Memorial Day, I remember him and other members of my family who have gone before.  I enjoy closing my eyes and hearing the sound of their voices.  I can even hear my grandmother, who died over ten years ago.  She was a proud "Rosie" during World War II.  I'm so grateful for them all.
