Editing is just like ripping your hair out one piece at a time. You yank a piece out, examine it, decide if you want to keep it then either toss it, or carefully place it back in your head. When you replace it you modify it slightly, adding some curl, twisting or kinking a strand, making it longer or shorter. Then after you've finished you do it all over again, forever and ever until someone ties your hands down and feeds you chocolate.
It's very, very painful.
But love it. I might be insane.
The month of February was a busy one...

I did what my t-shirt told me to and won Game Night. We're having another game night next Saturday. Playing Dominion (possibly my new favorite game). |

She was born. I love her. She is perfect in every way. |
On a related note, I got a great idea for a picture book. I just need time to put it down on paper.

I went to Miami and saw the Fishing Hall of Fame. |
I didn't actually go inside the museum, but I probably should have. The incredibly nice man at my hotel brought me hot tea and called me "doll." There was no tea bag in the hot tea, so it was just hot water. Because he was so nice I didn't want to tell him. As a result I never had the hot tea I needed. The moral to this story is I need people to be mean to me so I can get what I want.

I made this with an app called Waterlogue. |

Sharing a doodle. An old fashioned lady and the word "poop" over and over again in cursive. I'm a method editor. |
